Our wonderful retreat with Bridget Woods Kramer. She is the most amazing teacher. kind, strong, knowlegable and above all super nice. We were in  the most amazing venue with truly beautiful like-minded people. here I am with the beautiful Maggie and Principessa. Aaah I am re-charged and ready for  whatever Autumn brings. ?
