Try this to help strengthen inner thighs and well, most of your legs and hips. It looks super easy. It’s not! This will not only strengthen your glutes, thighs and adductor muscles on the inside of your thighs. These muscles are essential for walking and the balance we need as we shift our weight. And think tree pose. Strong adductors help keep the body upright. So once we are rooted into the ground, using our feet. We then transmit the force or kinetic chain, for the anatomy nerds reading this, up into the legs, pelvis and spine. Pretty cool huh! 

So no amount of thigh or hip strengthening is ever too much. I love this and would love feedback on what you feel when you practice it too. ❤️
