Beautiful candlelit practice of completely letting go. You are supported by props to ensure maximum comfort whilst I hold the space. Restorative yoga releases tension and long held fear from within the body with delicious rest and restore yoga.
Yin yoga class 18:30pm
Yin yoga works deep within the body with passive longer-held poses. Targeting the deepest tissues, joints, ligaments, joints and muscles bringing a delicious release of tightness and tension in both body and mind.
Hatha yoga class 9:30am
Hatha yoga is movement with the breath. This flow class moves from postures in a steady, fluid flow. Suitable for all levels as modifications are always offered

On line slower yoga class using props and yin and restorative poses to aid relaxation and releasing of tension and tightness both in body and mind
