Restorative mermaid pose is my very favourite. I got on my mat today and was drawn to this. If you have a bolster great or use a plump pillow. Lie it lengthways and roll over it to bring bottom arm through to shoulder height. Rest just above your ear on a brick and sweep top arm over ear to another brick or block. Arrange your legs as you choose and breathe into the whole side body as your mind calms and your whole body melts into the pose.
