I’m always looking for abdominal challenges and as my students know I love to add a twist. Something new to challenge the 🧠 and 🔥 up your practice.Come into plank with feet on a soft blanket. You’ll need a slidey floor or you may get stuck 😲 swish around using all the ab muscles and as you swish keep your alignment and try not to collapse into your hands. No dipping between the shoulders either...let me know how your abs feel the day after you do this. Don’t laugh as it will hurt.
