I love this sequence Jenni Rawlings Yoga. We are working on so much more than just a seated twist. Come into cross legged if that feels okay for you and remember to move the flesh away from your sit bones. Feel into your middle back spine as you rotate slowly with your arms in eagle. Try to keep your chin in line with your breast bone. Looking to your upper arms as you rotate. Lifting your elbows and feel that lovely opening across your mid back. When you sweep the arm over try and do this with awareness and imagine you are sweeping your arm in an arc. Change sides and then I suggest two on each side.
